Born in London and raised bilingually in England (and Austria), I completed my qualification as a herbalist (Bachelor of Science in Herbal Medicine) in Scotland in 2007.
​
After several years of practice in Scotland, I moved to the mountains of southern Spain to work with midwives and doulas, where I specialised in herbal medicine for women and children. Encounters with beekeepers and naturopaths opened up my world to Apitherapy, which has been accompanying me ever since.

As a doula I have been supporting women and families in the childbearing year for over 10 years, especially at home births. My passion for women's circles, the female cycle and natural fertility awareness also weaves itself increasingly into my work
 

I live just outside Vienna, in St. Andrä-Wördern, where I am in the middle of moving into the socio-ecological community "Die Auenweide". This is just around the corner from Gärtnerhof Distelfink, which my partner co-founded. Herbs and perennials for biodiversity are also grown here, as is my own medicinal herb garden, which together form the base of many of my herb walks.
 
After my home birth in 2020 initiated me into the world of parenthood, I am now coming to the end of my maternity leave. I am looking forward to slowly making myself more visible and active over the coming year to return to bringing people into personal contact with healing herbs through workshops and guided herbal experiences as well as supporting women during the magical time around birth and beyond.
